The hotel had spacious rooms with good resources, though a bit loud at times. The comfort level was top-notch, with blackout blinds and even a small cooktop for preparing meals for our baby. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile despite some minor card issues. The location was ideal, nestled in the historic area, close to the city center and old town. Dining was delicious, especially the nachos, and the facilities boasted modern design and a gym. A good value for money overall.

The location was ideal for exploring Basel on foot, making it a great choice. The service was top-notch, embodying the friendly Basel vibe, although there was a little hiccup with the car parking situation. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers spacious and stylish rooms with all necessary amenities in a cool industrial chic style. While the service truly embodies the Basel vibe and is top-notch, it was a slight inconvenience that they didn't take my car to the parking despite the fee. The central location is ideal for exploring the historic area on foot or by public transport, though some noise from nearby construction was noticeable. Dining at the hotel is exceptional, especially the potato and cheese muffins, providing a wonderful culinary experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent, very comfortable with black-out blinds and even a small cooktop which was perfect for us to make food for our baby. The daily service was top-notch, and having a coffee bar downstairs added a nice touch. The overall experience was very comfortable and clean, although the dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of value for money.
